Terms of Service

1. Service

Iris provides product analytics, event configuration, collaboration, controlled AI integrations, and export capabilities. Features may evolve while we protect existing data and explain material changes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, and use only accounts and projects you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed under your account.

3. Lawful data collection

You are responsible for the legality, notice, consent, and data minimization of analytics implemented in your product. Do not submit prohibited sensitive data or use Iris to monitor people unlawfully.

4. Permissions and integrations

Project roles and OAuth scopes limit access. Third-party clients act on your behalf only within approved capabilities. Review write operations before confirmation and revoke unused integrations.

5. Paid functions

When a paid export is enabled, price and available credits are shown before use. An asynchronous report reserves a credit while queued, consumes it after successful delivery, and releases it if generation fails.

6. Availability and acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with other users. We may restrict abusive or unsafe activity.

7. Intellectual property

Iris and its original materials remain owned by Teown or applicable licensors. You retain rights to your product data, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.
